A phased refurbishment project of replacing Rooflights whilst not impacting on the open Shopping Centre below. Rooflights included automated Louvre systems for natural & smoke ventilation.
Rooflights
For Queensgate we used Schuco FW50+ curtainwall frame and liased very closely with a local Steel contractor to design all 3 phases of replacement rooflights. Bespoke rainwater gutters and pipes, brackets, cills and pressed metal works were involved to ensure these highly Specified rooflights met the Client and Consultant requirements.

Design works of two Rooflights replacing existing pyramid glazed rooflights using Aluprof curtainwall system, included project management of steel support framework. Rooflight structure and framework were built at ground level and craned into place for installation.
